IBNordica is an independent consulting agency, founded and led by Ida Bisbo. It was born from a bold decision: to leave behind the conventional 9-5 and build something on my own terms.
I wanted a way of working that allows me to operate at my most effective moments, which directly benefits my clients. By aligning my work with my peak productivity, I can deliver better results, faster solutions, and a higher level of attention to every project.
Parts of the year, I work while traveling in warmer climates, turning cafés, co-working spaces, or even a terrace into my office. This isn’t just a personal perk—my flexibility translates into a fully customizable setup for every client. Clients aren’t tied into long, binding contracts; instead, each collaboration adapts to their unique needs, ensuring projects run efficiently while providing maximum value.
